Refund Policy

What you buy

Donator Coins are digital content that is delivered to your character immediately after the payment. Before paying, you are asked to agree that the delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer rules for digital content).

When you get a refund

You paid but the coins were not delivered within 72 hours and we cannot deliver them.
You were charged twice for the same order, or charged a wrong amount.
A technical error on our side made the coins unusable.

Open a ticket in our Discord with your order number (shown after the payment). Refunds go back to the same payment method, usually within 14 days.

When there is no refund

The coins were delivered (also if you already spent them).
You typed a wrong character name that exists: the coins went to that character. Check the name twice before paying. If the name does not exist, we move the coins to your correct character.
Your account was banned for breaking the rules.
The server closes or wipes: Donator Coins have no value outside the game. Before any planned closing we will announce it in Discord in advance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. A chargeback without contacting us first leads to the removal of the donated items and a ban of the account.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
